I just order this dress.I'm not sure what to wear with it or how to wear it.Yea that is the color I brought.No I'm not wearing it like the picture because I actually have hips, tights and a butt.

Sorry, but if you have hips and a butt like you said, it's not going to work, even with tights. It's meant for the figure type it is shown on. I am sure you could find something more flattering fro the body type you say you have.

try to wear skiny jeans if u wear one ... or try wearing a skirt .. a loooonggggg flowy skirt that matches your t shirt .. thatz a real kinda fashion in india ..
 .. here most of the women have hips n butts .. so u can try to wear a long flowy skirt .. .they actually dont show ur hips ..

put on black leggings and then put on black wide belt too. breaking ur frame will give u some butt.
