I am aiming toward something close to shoulder length so, #3 would be a bit shorter on me. Other than that, I really like all 3.

I would go with either 1 or 3. Number 2 is not very cute to me. I really like the third one the best though. It will be a lot more calmer than the 1st one.

first one, definitely the first one. It's punk, fashionable, but it looks smarter than the rest. If you have to go to an interview or something important, you don't want hair in your eyes like an English sheep dog, no you want your look to be more versatile. Plus it will look great in a bikini. I say #1.
